For Acs

Every time its fall
I see brown leaves and cry
Not for the fear of death
Not for the chilly breath
Not for winter nigh
There is another gall

The you left me naked
Like a tree, branches bare
Against the blue of sky
Fingering the cloud of lie
The barren heart and stare
Truth before us naked

Will spring bring leaves again
Will the river laugh still
With our bare feet on its face
Will your kiss linger on my taste
Full of wonder and thrill
While memory writhe in pain?
