Fool

If I was the master of the mind Every mistake we ever made I'd take captive and bind Throw it in the oceans a thousand feet deep for the gods to find What I wouldn't do to take back what I've done What I wouldn't give to go back a hundred suns With each passing day the memory fades The one where you said I'd be a fool to walk away Oh I'm a fool to walk away If I was the master of the mind I'd take back every cruel word I would listen to you talk instead of wanting to be heard Moment after moment passes as the past becomes blurred This deafening silences only makes me realize my words have been slurred
