Fool
While you weren't looking
While you were away
I climbed upon this mountain
To become the man I am today
You barely even noticed
The shape of your disgrace
I barely can remember
The look of your face
You would have let me drown
You would have let me down
Oh what a useless fool
A useless fool you turned out to be
You cried yourself to sleep at night
While I layed awake
I gave you everything I had
And all you did was take
Do you remember
The way we used to fight?
I still hear the echos
When I turn out the light
You would have let me drown
You would have let me down
Oh what a useless fool
A useless fool you turned out to be
You think your so righteous
You think your so grand
I see you in the mirror
Where a half-wit child stands
You say you want to meet me
To learn the things I knew
So take this message in a bottle
That I'm sending out to you
You would have let me drown
You would have let me down
Oh what a useless fool
What a useless fool you turned out to be
