Food
Some delicious others not
Good when eaten really hits the spot
Nourishing the body from head to toe
Replenishing the cells all over you know
Gives strength and power rejuvenate all beings
Once digested causes alertness
Some healing within us
Not all foods are good so we eat what we should
To live out our lives as long as we could
