Follow Your Starlit Goals

Do not allow others to define you. You, deep as the rolling cerulean sea. And believe me you are the bright star on your Christmas tree! Chase your dreams, they will not fall into your lap! Above all, don't judge your poem by the number of comments you get. That's no way to go, my pet!! We all have different unique styles Created in part by our unique life miles. Behind your words your hear hearts and lives. Just be your best and in that moment, to humanity you truly will do more than survive! Soupmail me, if you feel passed by. I have seen the huge number of poets unread, Believe me..here there is no Poetic godhead. I try to remind people this is poetry, not comment soup! Just be here to be original and the satisfaction of not wanting commenting from others is a true poet's hue. It takes courage! I understand to continue! what a smashing comment. I just was writing to Tom C. I don't want to be "like" another poet here at all. So true, Robert truth may be in the pen. I don't like it being used as a rocket launcher to besmirch, belittle or smear any human on this planet. Those uppity poets, I will not read again! Destroy thyself in front of us. My friend, you write from and with a true poet's heart. The pens here expose who we Really are. I find it amazing. We may not realize it, hatred, smallness and pettiness. I cringe when I read those, I feel sorry for Haters..I JUST DO MY BEST..,and hope to improve, A fav from you is grand Pangie. Ccc

Very encouraging words, especially to those who get discouraged. Loved the lines "We all have different unique styles / Created in part by our unique life miles." When one writes from the heart, their poetry is both unique and relateable. Also liked the 'chase your dreams' thought. Blessings on your day ~ John

True...I try to encourage others...but for what! They realty don't like it or need it. They have it alll togeter here best write about anything insignificant ..,like a ham sandwich or I'll written humor Pangie Pangie
