Flying Saucers With Turkey

there once was a mega star on the horizon

demoted to a comet in malevolent derision

an immaculate sky line put to a bloody sword

cross bones of anger no respect for the Lord

only the one of the flies a bestselling tale

humanity put on the altar with one giant nail

Bethlehem eclipsed by universal division

drones shedding death with pinpoint precision

baby Jesus shouts no battles in my holy name

the message drowned out by warfare and shame

as long as there is turkey and pious mince pie

the world is my oyster and flying pigs don’t lie
