Fly Up

Place your head, my lovely one, upon this pillow soft Let your dreams now come to you, take you then aloft Let your soul and spirit lift, surpassing then the sky It’s with joy and hope and love, together that we fly Upon this bed in warm embrace, our bodies fast asleep Though at rest, we now dream of fantasies we keep Left to our thoughts, within our minds, we’re taken to new heights Where upon the crescent moon we linger, there we kiss goodnight With daring lips that part the tempest heart that beats within We share affection, among the stars, until the very stars then dim Upon arrival of the sun, we will have to say goodbyes But not for long, once sun descends upon the bed which where we lie For then we’ll meet again, upon the softness, like a cloud The gift of happiness and bliss will then cover as a shroud We’ll take flight again, my dear, the stars will twinkle in your eyes As we venture in to passions night within the beauty of the skies.
