Fly Back To Me

Oh, fondest love, where do you thrive?
Am I who makes you feel alive?
Or, does your heart for another burn
Leaving me, alone to yearn?

Oh, dearest angel, I see you fly
As I gaze into the deep blue sky
The wonder of your wings so vast
Makes me ponder if love’s to last

Oh, with you darling, take my heart
My gift, to you, that I impart
Please return one day to share
My undying love, of which I swear
