Flowers: Pristine Value, Artificial Levy
In Nature's ordained sphere
No chalice, vial, or bioengineer
Earth's mantle only doting peer
Sun's warmth growth to cheer
Heaven's tap nutrients to steer
Only providence, stalk will shear
Covetous hands beauty, scent desire
Manufactured warmth to inspire
Coiffed petals sprout love's devotion
Fragrant oils drained into entrancing potion
Poached nutrients put limp bodies into motion
Lotions, balms salve weathered skin's erosion
Yet preening utility of man
Can never pure essence expand
Nor flower's value re-brand
Abridging time worth does countermand
Cunning artifice cannot pristine form command
Flower's true identity encrypted in the land
