Flower Power

I watch the bee Sucking nectar From the flower And wish it Could suck bad Memories from My brain. There again- If that bee Did its work On me, what Am I to gain? Flower power Comes alive With nectar in The head. Like the bee I’ll suck it Up; digest it All instead!

A melancholy delight, if that is possible? (smile). Great ending too!

Don't digest all the flower power at once, David. You'll "bee" sorry you did. Too much honey spoils the taste of good food (and clever brains). Just be yourself -- bright and interesting! So I managed to raise your interest with "bilateral symmetry," eh? People do notice that strategically placed mole, but this year I bought a one-piece leopard bathing suit so the staring has stopped. LOL Enjoyed your poem, dear friend. Maybe I should send you a photo of my mole :) Love, Carolyn
