~ gentle white daisies waving petals toward sun beckon birds to flight ~ bright purple pansies celebrate the warm season with radiant smiles ~ naïve pink roses hasten to open petals where butterflies land ~ joyful red lilies spread sensitive foliage awakening bees ~ lavender hostas lifting high above the plant embracing sunshine ~

So Lovely Regina. I have a huge back yard where I have many gardens . I love to sit there in the summer enjoying the smells of the flowers. Roses are my favorites along with lilacs, Hollyhocks, lilies,pansies, and I plant lots of wild flowers to attract butterflies. I always have a border of marigolds to discourage the aphids who love the roses and hollyhocks. Love this poem. Thanks for sharing. God Bless, JB

I love flower gardening, but don't do it as much as I once did. I spent all my Summers in the garden at one time, but not so much these days... busy. Love to see your gardens. Bless you
