Florere

I love you.
And i try to show it in everyway.

I've always stuck to my comfort zone.
With you i tried something new,
Put effort in for you.
And when you send you loved me too,
Honey you gotta see my eyes how they lit like the starts shine.

I may be just a chapter in your life,
But you're the book..
I maybe a line in your poem,
But the you're my poem, that makes it feel alive.
In your sky, i could just be a star
But you're my moon at night,
Still beautifull from when we are apart.
You're my sun, lightening up my day even from afar.
You'll never lose me,
We'll be stuck in each other's orbits.

I feel like a tree sometimes,
I've changed but only the way i was taught.
I never fought for anything i sought,
I never changed for myself.
Ive always been the same,
Because change is a mess,
And I've learnt that it hurts.

It felt like I've been through a lot of seasons,
Like that tree, nothing different.
Tired to reach out to my friends.
Stuck in the tedious cycle..
And then you came along.

You gave me space,
you gave me support for my branches to spread.
 You had patience.
You held out your hand and waited for me to grow around it.
You waited for me to take my time to be better, love you and show you how i mean it.
And now the flowers on my branches bloom,
Only complimenting your face and your smile,
Feels like shine of the moon,
You'll always be the most beautiful person in the room.
