Floating By
The sun floats on by
Where does tomorrow lie
Time does fly,
Looking back
The age starts to stack
In the distant space .
Beyond the moons face
beyond sight
Lost in the light
Stars in flight
A never ending voyage
Upon the earth stage
Sun always comes out
Everyone races about
Trying to beat
the heat
In the horizon the sun and moon will meet
Past present and future always cross
Trying to gather no moss
Wake up tomorrow might be full of sorrow
Up to you
The sky turns blue
So sad it cries
Up in the forever skies
Time that you borrow
Love leads to sorrow
never to find
Peace of mind
Living in rewind
Such a pity
Lost to the city
The sky that cant be found
Rain drops fall without a sound
Tall building reaching so high
Touching a forever sky
of cold steel
Over the hill
An empty window sill
Waiting for someone to feel
Empty a hate filled heart
A new start
Finding my way from the city
Found no pity
Found cant get any more out than you put in
In a world of sin
Put love in your heart
That is where we can start
