Flirtatious Fun It Girl of 1923

Florence Fay the flirtatious fun “it’ girl of 1923, Was nothing like me grandma said. Nothing like me. We heard wistfulness in her voice, she had never been free. Chained to six younger siblings, and then married off to Lee. She was outrageous said Grams. Lived her life her way. Her adventures were varied and vast, what more can I say? She never came back to visit, to see us or to stay. She was too busy living life, which she did far away. But who was she to you, Grandma? Asked Little Lou. She was my oldest sister, and a really good one too. Until she escaped the farm and ran off into the blue. She never returned said our Grandma, Little Sue.
