Five Stand Alone Stanzas
WALKING
a dreary walk by the beach
a violent exercise
sand between the toes
uncomfortable
AGE
never too old to love
life begins at sixty
a string of white hair
old age begins to show
KISS
dance of the tongues
a prelude
to a sexual adventure
France devalued
DEFICIENCY
the mind thirst for knowledge
As the heart hunger for love
in my barren body
there is only famine
MONSTROSITY
The failure of a life
Hoping for happiness which in itself is a monstrosity
And those who desire it are severely reprimanded
The truth of it all, felicity is strife!
