Fishing - Haiku

shifting currents cold
line vibrates, holds fast a catch
         nervous ripples fade

Hi John, Thank you so much for commenting. I like action packed life squeezed into a tiny concise poem and fishing also. Have a great day. Earl

Good evening Jan, Nice to hear from you. Thanks! I hope everything is good with you. The doctors say I am "perfect." We all know that is not entirely true but I do feel great. I'm busy looking for work these days so I can't write too much... but I try. Have a wonderful night. Take care. Earl
