I took an amazing photo of the huge red moon rising at  around 6:00 p.m. with a backdrop of a navy blue sky...beautiful!

I love your description of the moon wearing a dress... it's very imaginative. Yet the most beautiful things don't stay very long... sad to think it stayed for merely an hour. Good haiku!
