First True Love a Story
Will you walk with me today?
Will you hold my hand?
I want to tell you a story...
A story of a girl whose heart was broken
and never repaired.
The one who broke it left without warning,
he didn't care.
Her first true love she would see in time,
would rip her heart out,
and put her emotions in a bind.
He lied and he cheated,
He cheated and he lied,
for whatever reason he always made her cry.
Even through her tears,
she was always around,
when he came back she thought...
maybe this time love for her was something he had found.
She knew in her heart he was lost and scared,
so leaving him she just couldn't bare.
She held onto the love she had for him,
praying it would be enough,
but the hurt she felt in her heart,
she wasn't able to trust.
Not wanting to love him anymore,
wanting to let go of a love she has held onto for so long.
Would the love just disappear?
Would it all of a sudden be gone?
As she started to let go...she smiled,
had a sigh of relief,
because meeting him has made her believe.
Her heart has healed,
and she can move on to someone who is pure at heart and true.
She is falling in love all over again,
with a man....and that man is you!
