First Kiss

Somehow all I wanted;
Then more,
Then less.

You showed me there
Were stars
On Earth

Too, just dimmer than
Those in
The sky.

At night, they shine
The way
I did

Back in the beginning.
I thought
I could

Love you, yet I
Wouldn't bring
Myself to.

Our first kiss could
Have been
Our last,

Because they both left
The exact
Same taste.
