First Kiss

First Kiss The air turns thick As I gaze into your eyes This is the moment Ive waited for, patients running dry Your eyes hold you true emotion The air around me turns thick As the anticipation makes my heart go wild As you hold me close, I remember thinking this has to be a trick Our lips graze Barely touching Testing the waters, needing more. Pushing harder, but yet still soft I sound my appreciation As you invade my space Everything is shared No longer yours, no longer mine But ours instead As I breath, I gasp Needing to fill my lungs 'I love you' he whispers I smile and stare His love, surrounding me all around I must touch, must feel Desperate for more Take my heart, my soul, all I have 'I love you more!' I whisper back, he smiles
