Fireworks

I see the lights
The colorful explosions 
The sparks flying
Like angry dragons

All are organized
Like prepared dominos
All when you light the spark
They fall into rainbows

The cracking 
The crashing
The colors
And Flashing

How wonderful it is
In an explosive fashion
And when the world celebrates at night
Firworks will be there to provide the light

A cool write Brittany.. perfect for the holiday... now there is a Haiku contest posted for fireworks so if u can write a Haiku which is a 5/7/5 syllable count for your words... u can enter it .. cause this one is awesome but does not fit the form required on the contest page.. go check it out.. with luv from the "Sweetheart" in Hawaii.. on vacation..

This is really excellent. I like the flow of the words and the images in the poem. I can see the fireworks lighting up the sky already. Welcome to poetry Soup and keep writing. Great job! Joseph
