Rising flames of crimson energy – inferno of fire and ice,

Choreographs her blazing steps – kindles bonfires of pirouettes

Fire bird not consumed by flames – incandescent luminosity.

Hi Sam, is there perhaps a little wink, wink towards the Frost poem Fire and Ice? I so enjoyed your musings on heat for this Sijo contest entry... crimson energy is so creative! The dance references in line 2 are lovely. Stravinsky Firebird nod maybe? My fave was "Incandescent luminosity". An excellent entry, my friend. Blessings ~ John
