Heart pounds
Prayers sent
Station bound
Turnouts on
Nomax too
Helmet, gloves
And rubber boots

Sirens sing
Engine gleams
Airpack on
Arrive on scene
Cars on fire
Patients scream
Hoses pulled
Scene assessed
Flames put out
Jaws of life spread
Patient care
EMS on scene
Life-flight inbound
Punctured spleen
Patient gone
Hospital bound
Head back home
