Michael Wise Poet Rhyme

Finished

I'm finished, can't you see?
What I'm doing is for me
and my life preserver's small
so there's room for one, that's all

It's my time to break all ties
to the mindsets I despise
And I truly am quite bored
with the clashing of the sword

I no longer have the fitness
for your lunacy to witness
Your dark world becomes diminished
for at long last I am finished
