Finding An Escape Route Is a Grey Matter
The mind is an amazing thing
it's a storehouse of much data
but you can control what gets in there
if it's empty you couldn't have a chatter
But it's not empty that's for sure
filled with effects of life's marks
my mind for sure has been altered
physiologically caused some little cracks
All of life a stammer has mostly ruled
as my mind gace into to its hints
it's told me 'you can't say that'
believed it I did having me fooled
It's a life long journey in your mind
changing attitudes and mental effects
the road is slow round many bends
living in hope straightening my defects
This key to my peison mind turns slowly
learn never give up keep turning it round
remember where I once was to where now
the door of escape will truly be found
(This is written based on a anonymous quote "The hardest prison to escape is in our own mind." )
