Find You
What happens to the rainbow? When tomorrow is just a dream
Fighting all the monsters, hearing nothing but a scream
Wishing for a calm sea, a blue sky to guide your way
Praying for inspiration to ease you through each day
Searching for the breadcrumbs, the clues to who you are
The DNA that defines you, though that journey may be far
Listen to the inspiration of greatness that came before
Mopping up the sweat beads the skills that gave them more
Finding out your direction, the road you wish to take
It is one of life's miracles, transformed from each mistake
Dust off your doubters and believe in all you do
Then only will that rainbow show itself to you
Be wise when you are tested to meet each challenge with a drive
Push yourself to the limit. Only then you will arrive
To that place they call utopia, heaven on this earth
When you are at peace with yourself, and you have discovered your worth
When life has passed, the last breath is just a sigh
When you have answered each question, with a yes and not, oh why?
You will have found yourself in silence, those dreams really do come true
When peace of mind comes to visit, and smile right back at you
So, when you are disheartened, feeling life has done you wrong
Don't look for excuses of why you don't belong
For in each of us a purpose, we all start out the same
Built with the same equipment, so go out and make your name!
