Verse 1: You'll never escape my mind...you're a wonderful find
You made me open my eyes when I was blind
You showed me the way to happiness
Positivity comes through me and pushes away the wretched sadness
I find myself getting into trouble, but God forgives me of my foolish ways
I've been called several names that put me to shame...I'm feeling low these days
I'm put to the test all over again
And I'm wondering where you've been
Don't throw me away like an inkless pen...I trust you'll be faithful to me
Don't blow me away like the breeze to the leaves...we were meant to be
We can do whatever floats our demented boat
I'm glad you are embracing me like my comfy, warm coat

The worst pain I've felt in my life was when I left your side
I'm slowly breaking down, so build me up with your confidence...your confidence

Leave no room for doubt and fight the good fight

Do embrace me tonight and lighten up my load...your compassion is what I seek

I've been weeping and sleeping because I feel discouraged over the mistakes I've made in the past
