Fickle Funny

They only love you when you’re good
Not those times you’re misunderstood.
They only love you
When you smile
Walk with grace, wit and style.
They only love you when it’s light
They run as soon as it is night.

Because,
people are fickle funny,
Fickle funny,
Fickle funny,
Because,
people are fickle funny, honey!

They only Love you when storms subside
Peering out from where they hide.
They only love you after the scabs heal
The scars make it bearable for them to deal.
They only love you at sunrise
Because fickle people live a lie.

People are fickle funny,
Fickle funny,
Fickle funny,
Because,
people are fickle funny,
Fickle funny,
Honey!
