Feeling Happy

I will not worry at all about tomorrow
Though lately there has been sorrow
I woke up today looking for childish fun
Ready to go out for a scenic country run

I feel so happy I could kiss the sky
Like an army pilot flying oh so high
Running as the sun and moon meet
Pacing on the beach as the sun beats

I could run through the streets of Spain
Feeling like a bull keeping up with a train
Or a boy filled with lots of summer joy
Riding on his favorite Christmas toy

I want to run to where beauty thrives
To keep all this happiness I own alive
I know it will not last longer than today
But right now I want to run and play
