Feel Elated With This Sincere, Affectionate Embrace

Is fear a threat to being even lonelier,
not too sure of being hugged, sheltered
and assured that harm can be prevented;
do bedsheets offer protection to a trembler
whose only hope is to find a caring lover,
or that person that has felt the same tremor?
If nothing gives comfort or renders peace:
feel elated with this sincere, affectionate embrace!

Not even the most brilliant stars appease one's wish,
it's the refuge of wandering souls seeking serenity
in that consternation that stupefies everybody,
including mediating scientists who show no rush
in searching an answer to their valued existence,
which was given a direct guideline and purpose;
if all falls apart and overwhelms each sense:
feel elated with this sincere, affectionate embrace!

Whenever God feels distant from holy thoughts,
admit the undeniable guilt that avoids redemption
running away from joy to meet danger and more darkness;
grace can be restored when conscience is cleansed of sins:
pray with devotion, with sincerity without any distraction,
follow the path to salvation, not that one of destruction;
make a pledge that can't be broken by harmful desires:
feel elated with this sincere, affectionate embrace!
