February Thaw

Bright sunshine with melting snow And streams flowing down the street Taking sands where it will go The winter warm air was a treat As I stood still, wondering why At sparkling water near banks I saw Dreams floating beneath the sky In what was a mild ‘February - thaw’ Heidi Sands 2/5/19

So beautiful Heidi I felt I was there witnessing the thaw. It has been quite cold here in the UK with some snow, although not where I live, and nothing like you are experiencing. Keep safe and warm Heidi, kindest thoughts Ann xx

- A beautiful feeling, Heidi ... but, I don't think the winter is over ... - We had a lot of snow two days ago ... now it has rained away ... just slippery ice is lying on the ground :) - hugs // Anne-Lise :)
