This is a form of poetry that was introduced to me by Mick Talbot. It's called "Rhyming Wave Poetry" I hope I did it right (lol) If not, I do hope you enjoy the poem. PS: I wrote this about my precious granddaughter 16 months old Ava Rose
Her cheeks as soft as feathers down
Feathers down, feathers, feathers down
When she smile doth I'll never frown
When she sleep, light, dimmer
Her weeps and cries, I'll comfort her
Yes comfort, comfort, comfort her
In her tiny ears, a soft whisper
In her, diaper, I'll try
Hush little darling do not cry
Do not cry, do not, do not cry
Papa's going to dry your eye
Papa's lullaby, sleep
Soon enough she falls asleep
She falls, she falls, she falls asleep
She sleeps soundless without a peep
She sleeps, myself I crown
Her cheeks as soft as feathers down
Sleeping soft, myself I crown
