Dear Ghairo, I found myself focusing on your instruction to "let go of breathe" the physical release mirroring the mental release of anxiety. We can literally rewire our state of mind just by repeating who we are until the "bountiful" and "beautiful" parts finally drown out the hesitation. It makes the act of excelling feel like a natural extension of simply breathing. Amen! Winter Blessings, Ghairo, Daniel.
