Fear

He sits alone in the dark shaking in fear,
Dad yelling, mom crying is all he can hear,
BANG!BANG! THUD! Then the house goes quite,
Shocked he crawls under the bed trying to be silent,
His mind races and thoughts start flying,
Face soaking wet from the tears he's been crying,
He doesn't dare leave to see what's happened,
Then all of a sudden he hears dad starts laughing,
Followed by footsteps right out side the door,
"I'm sorry son I couldn't take it no more",
One last bang as his dad falls to his knees,
From under the bed blood is all he sees.

Thank you, its a bit of an exaggeration on my aunts murder, mainly cause we were all kids back then so idk the exact details. I'm glad you enjoyed the poem.
