Fear

fear, creeping towards us, it's venom deadly, such a relentless foe.

How are you David? Got some time today and decided to treat myself to another of your old posts. I have certainly felt fear's presence many times, You have the gift of putting into words the emotive description of an abstract, Miss your visits to my own page. Hope you are okay and that you're just busy. Kim

What an interesting shape to put your Haiku in David. Can't stand snakes or spiders for that matter. Very much enjoyed. Well done. :O) Keep up with the great work. Keep on penning. Thank you so very much for sharing your wonderful and creative talents with us. We all truly appreciate it. *S* Cynthia

David, I am with gratitude you took time to read and uplift with your comment, Muchitimas gracias. Your haiku "Fear" it grabbed my attention, as I have had to reckon with the downside of it. I like the way you spaced your 575, letting them creep? wonderful thought. Fear dissolved when I looked it in the eye, poked it and shimmied on by. Happy holidays.

It is a relentless foe. Haiku does not have any capital letters and no period. You have good ideas but for a better idea of haiku go to a site called graceguts It is about haiku. For three lines I still struggle with this form myself. line one is --when-line 2 is --where-- and line 3 is--what-. I have trouble as haiku shows no emotion in it's lines. I hope this helps you as it took someone a long time to tell me I was not doing it correctly. love phyl

Fear is good for making sure we are tracking but must not be put in charge. Life strong and free.
