Fear
i cannot understand the reason or rhyme
where it comes from this feeling of mine
it’s all around me wherever i go
it takes my breath, it won’t let me go
i long for the day when its grip is long past
when i can breath freely without looking back
do i think it will happen,
no i doubt that will ever be
but it never hurts to dream
if it takes you far away beyond your fear
