Fear
I'm not afraid to die
I'm not afraid to leave this world
My fear does not reside here
For it appears to not exist
My worries have left
This god forsaken life
For one day I will leave
With the world to Morn
The thoughts and ideas left behind
Poetry which was my life
Relationships which obviously
Ended with a bad story and a price to pay
I'm not afraid of death
Lying in this bed
So cold I can see my breath
Yet still cannot feel my heart
I do proclaim that I do not feel,
The ability too has escaped from my hand
I have no control of it
And believe I never will
I'm not afraid to leave this world
For ill go to another life
Or be left in a state of limbo
To where ill find a way to adjust
Death is a natural thing
Yet most fear it
I believe the ability to start over
Is a great gift why deny it
Most people have never seen death
Nor have they experienced it and come back
So how do we know which is better
This life or could it be the after
Remember me as I was younger
For the things I've done since
Are but a mistake
Remember me as Steven G.
The little boy to which
Could but help to ask his mind
The child to which had endured
All the bad examples of his mother
The son to which when his father
Had a rough time he could come to his son
That is how you should remember him as
Then
Not as this creature
Which you see before you
Not this hormonally driven teenager
This self centered person
A young adult who does as he wishes
And doesn't even think of the to come
Death is not my worry
The quicker it comes
The quicker I leave
When I leave I wish to be remembered
Just don't forget
The hopeless romantic
The eager to help child
The poorly treated son of a mad woman
Remember
The Psychiatrist of his father
The child who helped raise his brothers
And most of all you can never forget
The child to which was a child
The child that never existed
For he grew up too fast
He has already died
