Father Time

Tick-Tock told my Grandfather clock

I was chastised with a chime

Knock-Knock down my door with a rock

I was knocked down in my prime

I was still in shock how He broke my lock

How He stopped my time on a dime

I will always regret, I will never forget

that dreadful day I met Father Time
