Father Said Yes and the Heavens Opened
Heaven was watching in consternation
There was sorrow and unrest in the nation
Actually it was happening all around the globe
The angels ran to Jesus, and touched his robe.
Can we please send them hope? Can we open the portal?
He smiled at their humanity as they barely touched their mortal.
Can we show them a sign? Can we send cardinals and bees?
Can we send butterflies? Can we Jesus, oh, please?
He went to His Father and gave a suggestion.
His Father was aware but had a good question.
Will the earth souls remember? Will it give them hope?
Will it shower them with love? Will it help them to cope?
Yes Father, Jesus said. Just a glimpse of the angels and me
And an opening so a bit of heaven they can frankly see
It will be enough, I think to make them calm down
It will help them with their optimism and positivity all around.
So The Father said yes and the heavens opened up in six spots
All around the globe so countries could see with kings and despots
They people all marveled, they rejoiced in the streets.
They knew the virus was not the end all, this too they’d defeat.
