Fashion Show
Flashes of lights, cameras and buzz,
Assembly of connoisseurs and fuss,
Stage is set for the show to begin,
Half whispered words circle in the din,
In come the girls in their new display,
On catwalk with a swing and a sway,
No expression on face, rigid gaze,
Silhouette of colours to amaze,
Half starved models chosen to parade,
One after one in a Cavalcade,
World of pretences, it’s a money game!
