I smile as I write this It makes me sit and ponder I think my head is spinning My mind in constant wonder Through all my living years I have tried to figure out Put some pieces together How it works, what it's about I am sure to find the answer Maybe even tonight Elusive as it may seem Love at the very first sight

There is an earnest quality to this that I like. It has appeal, greatness be damned and all poets, including the immortals, in my opinion, should dabbl;e in a clutch of these. I'm glad you liked the ride with Foghorn. An astute critic said once that the bestof these WB cartoons are the finest comedies for sheer fun and laughter ever made. I think that he was right.
