Octogenarian clinging to life
Caught in a whirlwind of odious
Strife
Caught in the currents that pull
From below
Holding her down but she dying

Amy Green March 15, 2010 at 2:23 PM This song was inspired from a family friend, name withheld, whose children decided to "pull the plug". She essentially died of starvation and dehydration in the hospital bed. Her children had nothing to do with her in her later years...yet were given the decision to let her die. We (Gary and I) decided this was very wrong.
