Far From Home

Poet: Ken Jordan
Poem: Far From Home
Edited by: Sparkle Jordan
written: August/2015

Gone, are the special times,
shared, so zealously. Gone,

are the laughs, from siblings
so happy. Gone,

are the hugs, arms embrace
so glee. Gone,

are the bright smiles, and
joyful eyes, so wee.
