Family Tree

The connections so deep and rooted to stay
Wishing to break free and fly away

The crave to soar beyond the peak of the highest leaves
Only to tumble crashing back down to my knees

My limbs stretch in endless pathways of life
But still am I connected to the source that gave me life

No matter how far or fast I run
It will always go back to where I came from
