Family of the Heart
Family is of love and tears
Lots of laughter through the years,
You have strong ties
That plants you to the ground,
So when you seem you have lost
Remember, all that you have found.
Your family gives unconditional love
They listen when you need an ear
And they most always will care,
When crying they’ll wipe your tear
Needing comfort, you know they are near.
This is what God’s gift, is to you
The family, you were born in
Who will understand, and be true
So love of a family comes from the heart.
