Family is just dna

The betrayal that proved some families are scum
No shred of honesty what have they become
Proof family only means dna
The like to hold power come what may
My sister was an alcoholic
Daddy’s little girl, a favourite topic
In her 60s lived with daddy
Made everyone else look the baddie 
Craved the attention
Always the subject of tension
She knew how to be cruel
Lots of arguments to fuel
Her own kids had enough 
One moved to France because she was rough
They other stayed away for peace
Visits to them decrease 
A toxic personality 
A break from reality
Not a care who she hurt
Doesn’t mean she got her just desert
She was so consumed
The only outcome was to be doomed
She and another gave daddy a choice
He abandoned me and rejoiced 
Then daddy got sick and she was alone
Her support now unknown 
This was her own reckoning 
Her own body weakening
Starved of nutrients
Filled with alcohol her body’s pollutant 
One night she died alone
Not found for days hard as stone
I found out five weeks later
Siblings thought they were greater
Than to pick up the phone
Instead the doubled down and disown
Less than 2 weeks later old man passed
Only then I asked
Why did they not tell me
All three of them agree
They tried to gaslight me it was my fault they couldn’t tell me
A voice lined with lies and glee
The answer is clear
They wanted me to disappear 
They didn’t want questions 
They didn’t want someone to call out their intentions 
It’s obvious they manipulated 
Convinced themselves I should be eliminated 
As I would fight for what’s right
And not let history be wiped 
They wanted inheritance for themselves
What they did deserves the cells
What they did was pure cruelty 
Their actions don’t fool me
Their betrayal hurt something deep inside
But the truth they cannot hide
They proved to be evil and sick
Their actions try to trick 
Narcissistic monsters
Live among us
