Brother can you please tell me
What has been my crime
Because we don’t seem to talk no more
And we’re both running out of time
Brother can you tell me
Do you remember when we were young
Sure, we had our share of arguments
But mostly we had lots of fun
Brother can you tell me
If you remember how this started
Because we really need to fix this
Before our spirits have departed
Brother can I you tell you
If I were in trouble, I feel you’d answer my call
Because I still believe that family trumps
