Fame Is a Fleeting Thing
Fame is just a fleeting moment
Until the next so called sensation hits the scene
Make as much hay while you can because soon you'll be yesterday's news
Your adoring fans are fickle and before you can say Justin Bieber
You're yesterday's child, yesterday's sensation
And your adoring fans have moved on to the newest and latest heartthrob
You see us ordinary folks don't have that problem
People who love us today will still love us tomorrow
Fame is such a fleeting thing
But true love is a forever thing
