Falling Through the Cracks

Hold your head high
Strut, don't just walk
Smile your damn smile
Cause I hope you're proud
Look at what you've done
Messed with my heart
Made the disaster I've become
Congratulations you've torn this life apart
Congratulations you broke my heart

I've cried enough to fill the Nile
You've ruined me
There's no point in denial
I can't help but think of how you gave up on me to be with her
My insides splinter
All I asked for was just to belong to you
Do you even care what you're putting me through

Yet I still love you
An ocean of hopeless emotion
Stand up and be proud
You're the first guy to tear me down
No, don't apologize
I just don't care
What's done is done
My life is never going to be fair

Caught in the eye of the storm
A grey blur of the world around me
Falling through the cracks
Don't care about life enough to get back

Hold your head high
Cause I hope you're proud
Look at what you've done
Messed with my heart
Made the disaster I've become
Congratulations you've torn this life apart
Congratulations you broke my heart

Yet I still love you
An ocean of hopeless emotion
Stand up and be proud
You're the first guy to tear me down
No, don't apologize
I just don't care
What's done is done
My life is never going to be fair

Caught in the eye of the storm
A grey blur of the world around me
Falling through the cracks
Don't care about life enough to get back
