Falling Like the Autumn Leaves

Through the rustling leaves we take a walk.
In wisps of breath we whisper and talk.

We're making plans and falling in love
as cascading hues are painted above

As we slip inside, the passion surrounds us.
The crackling fire glows warm around us.

You take my hands and our fingers entwine.
As you wrap me up,I know you're mine.

Your body fits mine like a glove.
We're falling so deeply in love.

We'll be with each other this holiday season.
My happiness soars and you are the reason!

Perhaps the best part of falling in love during autumn is knowing you will have someone you care about at your side over the holidays. Great entry for Michael's contest, Deb. Wishing you success! Love, Carolyn
